Your package includes one dedicated wedding content creator.

While you may see both Amelia and Megan featured across our social media and content, two creators attending your wedding is not included as standard.

If you specifically want both Amelia and Megan to attend your wedding, this must be discussed and confirmed before booking. Additional availability and pricing will be confirmed separately.
Our Promise to You
Welcome to our creative studio. This agreement is designed to be a gentle guide to our partnership, ensuring a calm, clear, and reassuring journey as we bring your wedding vision to life. We believe in transparency, trust, and the beauty of well-considered details.
Agreement Overview
Thank you so much for choosing us to capture your wedding day. We’re so excited to be part of your celebration and want everything to feel simple, clear and stress-free from the moment you book.
These terms outline what you can expect from us and a few important details to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Booking & Payments
Your wedding date is only secured once your £50 non-refundable booking fee has been received.
The remaining balance is due four weeks before your wedding date. If payment is not received by the agreed date, we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled.
Your booking confirms that you have read and agreed to these terms and the details included within your booking agreement.
Travel & Accommodation
Travel within one hour is included.
For venues further away, travel is charged at £0.45 per mile. Any additional travel costs will be discussed and agreed before booking.
Weddings requiring a journey of more than two hours may require overnight accommodation. Any accommodation requirements will always be discussed and agreed with you in advance.
Professional Standards & Insurance
We pride ourselves on providing a professional, reliable and friendly service.
We hold Public Liability Insurance and we will always aim to work respectfully alongside your venue, photographer, videographer and other wedding suppliers to ensure your day is captured beautifully without disruption.
 Venue Permissions
It is your responsibility to ensure your venue allows wedding content creation, filming and photography.

We cannot be held responsible for restrictions or limitations imposed by your venue, suppliers or other third parties.
Our Style & Creative Approach
Our style is natural, candid and editorial. We focus on capturing genuine emotions, behind-the-scenes moments and the little details that make your wedding unique.
While we will always do our very best to capture the important moments of your day, we cannot guarantee specific shots, guests, reactions or moments as every wedding unfolds differently.
Your final content will be carefully selected and edited in our signature style.
Working Alongside Your Photographer & Suppliers
We love working alongside your photographer, videographer and other suppliers.
We will always aim to be discreet, respectful and collaborative, ensuring we complement your supplier team and never take away from your experience.
Meals
For bookings lasting over five hours, we kindly request a substantial supplier meal.
This allows us to remain on-site and continue capturing your day with as little interruption as possible.
Content Delivery
Your raw, unedited content will be delivered digitally within 24 hours wherever possible.

Your final edited content will be delivered within 7 days.
​
During particularly busy periods, delivery may take slightly longer. If this is the case, we will always keep you updated.
Raw Footage
Raw footage includes all usable clips captured throughout your wedding day.
Due to the nature of filming, some clips may not be included, such as duplicate recordings, accidental recordings, test footage, technically unusable footage or clips affected by circumstances outside of our control.
Ownership & Sharing
Your delivered content is yours to enjoy, share and relive with family and friends.

We retain ownership of our creative work. We may request permission to share selected content on our website, portfolio or social media, but we will always respect any privacy requests.

If you would prefer your wedding content not to be shared publicly, please let us know before delivery.
Editing & Amendments
Your highlight reel is carefully created in our signature style.
One small amendment is included if requested. Additional edits, significant changes or additional reels can be created at £75 each.
Additional Coverage
If you would like to extend your coverage beyond your agreed package time, additional hours may be available depending on availability.
Any additional coverage must be agreed in advance where possible and will be charged separately.
Content Storage
Your final content will be delivered through a private digital gallery.
We recommend downloading and safely storing your content once received.
We aim to keep files available for a limited period after delivery; however, we cannot guarantee permanent storage of your footage or images.
Changes, Cancellations & Postponements
We understand that plans can sometimes change.
Any cancellations, date changes or postponements will be handled in line with the terms agreed within your booking agreement.
Your booking fee is non-refundable as it secures your wedding date and means we reserve that date exclusively for you.
Unexpected Circumstances
We always plan carefully and come prepared, but weddings are wonderfully unpredictable.
We cannot be held responsible for moments missed due to circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to:

Guest interference

Changes to the planned schedule
In the unlikely event that illness or unforeseen circumstances prevent us from attending, we will make every reasonable effort to arrange a suitable replacement creator.
If a replacement cannot be arranged, any payments made will be refunded.
Looking After Your Details
Any personal information shared with us during the booking process will be handled respectfully and used only for the purpose of providing your wedding content creation services.
